Delivery & Pick Up

The Evergreen Turf delivery truck goes out daily to deliver sod to most communities in the central and southern interior of B.C, including but not limited to; Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Armstrong, Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Enderby, Merritt, Williams Lake, Quesnel, Prince George, Cranbrook, Castlegar, Golden, Penticton, Peachland, Summerland and Cache Creek.

Delivery

We require 1-3 days notice for turf delivery. Turf is delivered on pallets and unloaded with a forklift. We have a deposit of $15 per pallet.

Pick Up

Please call a day ahead to arrange pick up.

A full pallet of turf will hold 700 sqft and will weigh between 1600-2000lbs depending on moisture content (700-900kilos)

A roll of turf weighs approximately 25-30lbs (11-14 kilos)

A half ton truck will carry up to 800 sqft, a 3/4 ton truck will carry 1000-1200 sqft.

When picking up turf, please come prepared with load straps, boards etc to secure your load. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information. There is a deposit of $15 per pallet.

In turf emergencies, provided we have labour/time available we will do same day pick ups.

• A turfed area of 50’x50’ produces enough oxygen to meet the needs of a family of four.
